For the time and money I spent on these crappy chargers it is too frustrating. These people cannot build chargers. They don't have the foggiest idea of what they are doing this is the second time I purchased this type of charger. too much time and money buy a Dewalt one time and heck if you really want a charger that will go for years buy a Makita one time. I had mine 15 years and still going.
When I recieved the new one it was the same wrong charger in the correct box. I ordered a 9.4- 24 volt charger and when I got it the sealed box indicated that I had recieved the correct charger but when I opened the box a 7.2-24volt charger was there instead. How many times should I ask for a new charger. I ordered the 9.4-24v because it supported the blue core battery. So after two email attempts with no success I called customer service and requested a new charger be sent out and they sent one. Is this 7.2 charger compareable to the 9.4-24volt. I think I will just keep it and use because I need it for work and can't keep dicking around with this crap.Who the heck has been packing these Bosch chargers.
I am very satisfied with the seller and the product itself. This item was almost twice as much at Lowe's or Home Depot. The shipping was faster than what was stated for the earliest arrival date. Of course I have already used this product previously. The first charger was lost during a move.
I bought this one to replace the one I had.it didn't work, right out of the box. It was a defective unit, I bought the Bosch 20-minute charger and it works great - no problems.
This Bosch replacement battery charger was purchased to replace the original that just stopped working. Saved a lot of time shopping to replace this battery by purchasing it on Amazon. Not much more to say since it works and I can now use my Bosh battery operated power tools.
